La presidenta del Patronato del Sistema DIF Hidalgo, Edda Vite Ramos, encabezó la ceremonia conmemorativa por el 75 aniversario del Hospital del Niño DIF (HNDIF) en Pachuca.
Acompañada por el titular del organismo asistencial, Ricardo Enrique Alvizo Contreras, y el director del nosocomio, César Gutiérrez Chávez, realizó un recorrido por distintas áreas, donde inauguraron la Sala de Simulación Avanzada en la Coordinación de Enseñanza, el aula de capacitación “Diana Silva Galván Orta” y la sala de endoscopia.
Además, develaron la placa conmemorativa por el 75 aniversario del HNDIF. La inversión durante este año en nuevo equipo es de 10 millones de pesos, con beneficio directo para las niñas, niños y adolescentes de Hidalgo.
Vite Ramos señaló que esta institución es referente a nivel nacional en la atención médica pediátrica. Aseveró que el personal no sólo atiende a los pacientes, sino que también brinda acompañamiento a ellos y a sus familias.
Felicitó a cada uno de sus trabajadores y los exhortó a continuar con su labor para que las niñas y niños no sólo tengan acceso a la salud, sino también a una vida plena y digna.
En su oportunidad, Ricardo Alvizo informó que, con el paso de los años, se han destinado recursos al hospital para atender sus necesidades; tan sólo en 2025 se otorgaron 50 millones de pesos, y en este 2026 se superó esa cifra para brindar atención en todas las especialidades.
Por su parte, Gutiérrez Chávez señaló que, además de estas inauguraciones, se realizará un torneo con 12 equipos de fútbol y una carrera atlética con causa organizada por el voluntariado del hospital.
Indicó que en estos 75 años la institución ha crecido considerablemente y que, gracias al apoyo de la presidenta del DIF, se ha logrado adquirir nuevo equipo médico.
Resaltó el trabajo de cada uno de los colaboradores, al señalar que todos son piezas fundamentales. Este espacio atiende a la niñez hidalguense y de otras entidades en áreas como medicina general, oncología, neurología, neumología, entre otras.
